My narrative defies all logic and expectations. As a gay brown kid from inner-city Detroit, my story travels from abject poverty and first-generation college graduate of the University of Chicago, to successful charter school founder, University of Chicago Booth MBA graduate, and dynamic Silicon Valley talent development leader and business strategy consultant. I bring over 15 years of experience developing executives and managers in enterprise companies and start-ups, across Big Tech, education, fashion and nonprofits.
