The term “coaching” has lost a lot of its powerful meaning due to market saturation. A lot of people are simply giving advice and know nothing about real coaching. Leadership coaching is really about three things: better understanding yourself, figuring out who you authentically want to be as a leader, and unleashing your true self on your business.

The Enneagram is the single most powerful psychometric tool I have encountered in my professional career. The model is a catalyst for understanding not only your motivations and behaviors, but also the motivations and behaviors of others. That includes your close personal and professional relationships. Steeped in data and extensive research, the Enneagram’s insights will transform how you lead internally, understand your colleagues and customers, and how you build and sell products and services.

A complimentary, no obligation 20-minute sample session is where we begin. 

Once all are onboard, we can discuss pricing and length of engagement. Most of my coaching engagements are 3-6 month commitments because that’s generally the length of time where transformational change can be seen. However, I do offer shorter, ad-hoc packages targeted to very specific needs. Sample proposals may include one of the following:
